Super central location! Air conditioning was fab, and loved the free water fountains on every floor. Don't forget the lovely Nuxe shower gels!

Parking was a bit of a treasure hunt, and lugging my bags was almost a workout. Who knew finding a parking spot could be more adventurous than a treasure map?

Had a boss stay, la! The team were sound, always checkin’ on my husband in the hospital. The location's perfect too, right in the medieval heart, so easy to walk about. Only downside was the lack of lift from the garage, bit of a struggle with bags.

Couple's excellent option

The breakfast was surprisingly good, plenty of options to fill your stomach, and they actually made an effort to keep everything sanitized. Staff was very friendly. Special shout out to the round bar reception. They were super helpful, giving great tips on local spots to check out.

Great location with easy access

Positive, The location was amazing, just a few minutes' walk to the main square. The beds were super comfy and the car park was safe, with electric charging points. The breakfast was decent too.

Recommended for couples looking for a decent stay

The staff gave us a lovely welcome when we arrived, made us feel at home right away! The breakfast was plenty and of good quality, which was a nice touch after long nights walking around.

comfortable stay with great location

The location was superb. just a short walk to key attractions. The room was impressively spacious and very clean, making it easy to unwind after exploring. I particularly enjoyed the free water fountain in the corridor which was a nice touch on hot days. the city view from the room added to the charm of my stay.

Check-in was smooth! though the noise from the hallway could be heard at times.

Just had a fab stay! Super close to the bridge and the old town, made wandering around a breeze. The bar area was chill, with drinks priced right. Had breakfast there, loads of tasty options! Only bummer was the noise from the hallway—could hear everything, especially during busy times.

The Privilege Room was nice and comfy, with super cozy beds that made it easy to crash after a long day. The fridge was helpful for snacks, and the location was just fantastic—really quiet but close to everything. Only downside? It had a bit of a tight setup and could feel small for a longer stay.

Just a reliable pick for a short interlude in Avignon with good value. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items, which was nice. Try to ask for a room with a large window to enjoy people-watching.

the mercure was super convenient with easy parking right under the hotel, and they even offered a 20% discount on it. my double room was spacious and clean. The free water fountain on my floor was a fantastic touch. so close to the sights too, just minutes to everything!
